What are SnapTap Cards?

SnapTap cards are cutting-edge NFC-enabled personalized smart cards that can be used as Digital Business Cards that allows you to share your professional information seamlessly with a simple tap on a NFC enabled mobile device, eliminating the need for traditional paper cards. SnapTap Cards can also be used as Social Connect Cards which are ideal to elevate the digital presence of your business and to connect with your customers. Google Business Review Card, Instagram Follow Card and Whatsapp Connect Card are the SnapTap’s social connect cards.

What is a digital profile?

Your digital profile is like a mini-interactive website about yourself which showcases your work and profession. A digital profile is where you can showcase all your social network links or website links or portfolio links or download catalog link or meeting scheduling link or whatsapp and email link or any type of link that elevates your digital profile. Once you place an order with us, we shall create a digital profile for you based on the template you select and based on the information you share with us. We have a few impressive digital profile template designs which you can choose once you place an order.

What if someone does not have an NFC enabled mobile device?

If someone does not have an NFC enabled mobile device, they can still use their mobile to scan the customized digital profile QR code which will be printed on the card that will redirect them to your digital profile where they can view your digital profile and also save your contact and connect with you.

What about security and privacy?

SnapTap cards are programmed either with your digital profile link or google review link or Instagram profile link or whatsapp connect link depending on the product you purchase; and thus, SnapTap cards cannot be reprogrammed so there is no need worry about security or hacking or sharing of wrong information. You are only sharing the information that you want your connections to view which are mostly hyperlinks to your social networks along with your email and phone information and thus SnapTap cards are very safe and secure to use.

If my SnapTap business card gets stolen or lost, will my information be safe?

Yes, you can easily delete all the information from your digital profile using the editable link that we share with you over email when we process your order or you can drop us an email requesting us to delete your digital profile information and we shall delete your digital profile information within 24-48 hours. The information that is showcased on your digital profile is mostly comprised of your social networks links which is publicly available information (except your email and phone number) so there is no need to worry even if you lose your SnapTap Card.

What about warranty?

SnapTap cards offers premium print quality and comes with high-grade NFC powered pvc cards. These cards if used under normal conditions can easily last for several years. But we don’t offer any warranty because these are personalized cards that are made as per customer needs. But we do have a 48-hour refund policy in case you receive a faulty card or misprinted card and so our customers don’t have to worry about that.

How do I modify or edit my digital profile?

Once you place an order, our designer creates a digital profile for you based on the information provided and based on the template you choose. Once your order is processed, we share an editable digital profile link (which is created on Canva) with you over email through which you can easily edit and modify your profile whenever you wish.

Do I need an app to use SnapTap Cards?

No, you don’t need to download and install any app to use SnapTap Business Cards.

How can someone revisit my digital profile again without tapping on my SnapTap Card or without scanning the QR code printed on my card?

Once a person has saved your contact information on their mobile device, the stored details will also include a link to your digital profile. Therefore, if someone wishes to revisit your digital profile later, they simply need to search for your name in their contact list and click on your contact details to access your digital profile on their mobile phone.

Is there a way to share my digital profile without tapping the SnapTap card or without scanning the QR code?

Certainly, once we generate your digital profile, we will send you the link via email. You can then distribute this digital profile link within your network through email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Alternatively, you can easily copy the link from your browser and share it with others in your network.

Are there any monthly or annual subscription charges?

No, there are no monthly or annual subscription charges. Once you buy SnapTap card there are no recurring costs involved.

Can I fully customize my card and digital profile?

Yes, if you choose and buy custom card option our designer will help you in creating a personalized digital business card and also a personalized digital profile.

Can I order in bulk for my organization and my team?

Yes you can place a corporate order up to 20 cards to avail of the corporate discount for your organisation and if you need more than 20 cards then you can mail us your requirements.

How long does it take for delivery?

Once you place an order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Post 24 hours, we process the order and it takes around 7 to 10 business days to deliver the SnapTap Cards anywhere across India (ideally you can also expect your order within 7 days). We will also share the tracking number with you over email so that you exactly know when you can expect your SnapTap Card.

What is the process of ordering a SnapTap digital business card?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us requesting you to fill up a simple form to create your SnapTap digital business card and to create your digital profile to further process your order. Every card is personalized for you based on the information you share. Once we create your digital profile link, we program the link into your SnapTap business card so that everytime you tap your card on any NFC enabled mobile device, it will redirect to your digital profile.

What is the process of ordering SnapTap Google Review Card?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us requesting you to fill up a form asking for some more information to create your SnapTap Google Review Card. The requested information mostly comprises of: Your Google Business Review link and your business name so that we can program your google business review link into the card and also print your business name on the card. We will also print a QR code on your card that will redirect your customers to your google business review page so that people whose mobile devices do not support NFC can still scan the qr code and drop a review for your business.

What is the process of ordering SnapTap Instagram Follow Card?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us requesting you to fill up a form asking for some more information to create your SnapTap Instagram Follow Card. The requested information mostly comprises of: Your Instagram Profile link and your business name and your Instagram ID so that we can program your Instagram Profile link into the card and also print your business name or Instagram id on the card. We will also print a QR code on your card that will redirect your customers to your Instagram Page so that people whose mobile devices do not support NFC can still scan the qr code and follow you on Instagram.

What is the process of ordering SnapTap Whatsapp Connect Card?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email from us requesting you to fill up a form asking for some more information to create your SnapTap Whatsapp Connect Card. The requested information mostly comprises of: Your Whatsapp Business Number and your business name so that we can program your Whatsapp business number into the card and also print your business name and whatsapp business number on the card. We will also print a QR code on your card that will redirect your customers to your Whatsapp so that people whose mobile devices do not support NFC can still scan the qr code and connect you on Whatsapp.
