Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should you decide to cancel your order after completing the payment, you have a 24-hour window to do so. After this period, we will proceed with processing your order, and cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.

Each order placed on our website is tailored to meet your specific requirements, involving the customization of card design, printing of your name or business name, incorporation of a unique QR code, programming of a unique hyperlink on the NFC chip, and personalization of your digital profile. Consequently, once a card is created and personalized for you, it cannot be reused or sold to another customer, making refunds unavailable after order processing.

Refund requests are only initiated if you receive the card in a physically damaged condition or if it malfunctions or if there is a misprint or printing error. In such cases, please email us the photo and video proof of the card within 48 hours of receiving it. After reviewing your case, we may request you to courier the card to our address. Upon receiving the card, we can either provide you with a replacement or process a full refund, based on your preference.
